SHARED TIME MANAGEMENT

Lighthouse designs, manages and administers networks and organizations through our shared time management model. Lighthouse provides shared time management services to small to medium sized organizations, generally trade associations. Our expert-area is the marina, boatyard and boating business fields. Shared time management allows participating companies to leverage their limited resources to access a range of talents and skills that they could not acquire on their own. Shared time management allows these businesses to stabilize their current service offerings, often vastly improving their effectiveness. It also provides these businesses some excess capacity so that they can begin to build new program offerings.

The team at Lighthouse understands the challenges of leading member associations. Several staff members are retired local and national trade association directors and Lighthouse presently enjoys a number of retained relationships with national organizations. As part of these retained relationships, Lighthouse provides technical services, such as enhancements to existing member services, expansion of training programs, increasing the effectiveness of communication and outreach efforts, building a marketing and sponsorship portfolio and providing regular strategic advice to the organization's leadership.
