The team at Lighthouse Consulting Group has organized and facilitated large and small group meetings for international donors, national agencies, industry, and state regulators including the U.S. Agency for International Development, the World Bank, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, R.I. Coastal Resource Management Council, and R.I. Marine Trades Association.

All of our meetings use innovative adult-training techniques and participatory learning approaches. With our clients, we build workshop agendas that achieve specific objective and outputs. Our approach is to guide a conversation through a logical progression that yields deep conversation, stimulates new ideas and accurately captures the words and thoughts of the workshop's participants.

Lighthouse has quickly built a reputation for developing client-centric strategic plans. Lighthouse understands the need for plans to developed directly with those that are responsible for implementation, written clearly and balance a range of priorities against available resources. We achieve this by working closely with our clients to develop an ongoing a participatory and transparent process to develop implementable and tractable plans.

Lighthouse has a range of experience in communicating complex ideas and information in wide range of contexts. We have written or contributed to over 20 publications and technical reports, edited two national newsletters, contributed to national awareness campaigns, and produced videos for international distribution. We also have depth of experience in designing and executed comprehensive studies to measure social, environmental, and political change over time.
